How long does the return take?

Depending on the country you reside in, our Returns timeframes will differ. If you are returning items from within the UK, it can take up to 10 working days for your refund or exchange to be processed.

If you are returning items from outside of Europe, it can take up to 15 working days for your return to be received and then a further 48 hours for your refund or exchange to be processed.
