How long do I have to collect my Click & Collect order?
Your order will be held for 7 days once you receive your "ready for collection" email. For orders at our Jermyn Street store, this extends to 2 weeks. If you think you'll need a little longer, please get in touch with the store before your collection window expires and they'll be happy to discuss the options available.
