Method: Royal Mail | Returns subject to £3.95 handling fee, exchanges are free*

• Follow the instructions on-screen and select Royal Mail to choose from over 11,500 locations.
• You'll receive a confirmation email with your return label to print off. Don't forget to enclose your returns form inside the parcel and please remember to obtain a proof of postage.
• Did you know you can now print your label at selected parcel drop-off location? You will receive an email with a QR code and instructions shortly after registering your return.
• Your confirmation email also contains your tracking number, so you can track the status of your return - even on your mobile.

Method: Jersey Post | Returns subject to £3.95 handling fee, exchanges are free*

• Follow the instructions on screen and select Jersey Post to choose from over 30 local Post Office locations across Jersey & Guernsey.
• You'll receive an email confirmation with your return label to print off and attach. Please remember to obtain proof of postage.

Method: Return in-store | Free

• Find your nearest store here.
• You can return items to your local Charles Tyrwhitt store for a refund or exchange. Just take the item and a proof of purchase along with you; a receipt, confirmation email or an order number will do.
• If you are requesting an exchange, we recommend giving the store a quick ring in advance to check they have the right placement. We wouldn't want to disappoint you.
• Please note, purchases made through our Charles Tyrwhitt website or Charles Tyrwhitt stores cannot be returned to a Department Store concession, and likewise, items bought at a Department Store concession cannot be returned to our warehouse, or stores.

Method: International Returns | Cost dependant on service chosen

• Visit the Global-e returns portal and enter your details.
• Follow the on screen instructions to create your return label. Please remember to obtain proof of postage from your chosen carrier.
• With this method, please note that you can only return for a refund. To get an exchange, you'll need to place a new order online.

*Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full and the £3.95 returns handling fee will not apply.
