However, if anything has happened to make you no longer wish to be a Charles Tyrwhitt customer, we would very much like to fix it rather than lose you. Please note, our lists are created up to 6 weeks in advance, so you may receive one or two more catalogues following the removal of your details, but these will be the last.

There are a number of ways we can change what you receive from us:

  • We can remove you from the mailing list entirely, so you no longer receive catalogues from us or our email promotions.
  • We can reduce how often you receive our catalogues. This means you will receive only the first, main catalogue of the season plus our Sale catalogue. You may miss out on any special offers we run throughout the season but this option will reduce the amount of physical post you receive from us.
  • We can remove you from our catalogue mailing list, but leave you on our email promotions list. This way, you will no longer receive our catalogues but will get our special offers by email.

The easiest way to manage your emails is to click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of one of our promotional emails. This will take you to a webpage with the following options:

  • Unsubscribe entirely
  • Reduce emails to one per week
  • Reduce emails to one per fortnight
  • Reduce emails to one per month

Alternatively, if you have an online account with us, you can log in and manage your settings from there. (Please note, this will only manage emails to the email address linked to your online account, so if you are on our email mailing list via a different email address, you will need to click on the link as described above.)
