If you have been affected by this, you will see a blank web page stating 'The page cannot be displayed'. We apologise for this inconvenience, however, if you follow the steps below you will be able to access the website, whilst ensuring the security of your information:
- Make sure you have the latest version of your browsing software installed (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome, etc.)
- Ensure SSL 3.0 is selected:
- From your desktop: go to my computer, click on control panel, click on Internet Options (or properties), select advanced, tick use SSL 3.0.
- From your browser: click on tools, select Internet Options, select advanced, tick use SSL 3.0
This should resolve the problem and allow all areas of our website to be used. Rest assured, once you have completed this once, you will not have to do it again.
